Is this right for my store?
Orderwell helps independent gift shops, home decor stores and other retailers organize supplier and product data. Our initial $249 pilot uses a Shopify product export. If you use another system, tell us which one: we will review your file format and confirm whether we can support it before quoting or accepting payment. Product identifiers and the meaning of each field must be clear enough to confirm a mapping.
Will you change my live store?
The pilot covers comparison and preparation. It does not include store access or publishing changes. The update package is reviewed before import, with a backup and test import as part of the handoff.
What happens when information is missing?
We flag it and leave that record out of the update file until resolved. We do not guess costs, invent product details or choose your selling prices.
Do we need a call?
Routine pilot communication is by email. We collect questions together so you can respond when convenient.
